Since bouncing back from a gnarly cold last week, I am taking a lesson in compassion and kindness for myself. It would be so easy to beat myself up, give myself a hard time about "losing" hours of work and not completing my to do list. That wont get me anywhere. I have big hairy audacious goals and holding myself back wont help. ⁠
