Once your insurance is verified, we will set up an in person or telehealth (aka virtual) session. We will also send you paperwork to complete ahead of time that we will review during your initial appointment. Also, if you hate printing things, good news! All paperwork is completed digitally to make the process as low stress as possible.

If you’re wondering what that looks like in terms of practical application, therapy can be helpful for a number of things, but here are some of the skills that I can help you develop during our time together:
