Thanks for your interest in one on one therapy. 

I help women who feel held back by anxiety, procrastination, and self-doubt move past negative emotions and set better boundaries, so they can be more confident, take up space, and put their energy towards achieving what they want to in life. 

To book an initial appointment, please fill out the contact form below or call 860.629.0029 . My assistant will be in touch to confirm your insurance information, find out your copay and deductible, and get you scheduled. 

Once your insurance is verified, we will set up an in person or telehealth (aka virtual) session. We will also send you paperwork to complete ahead of time that we will review during your initial appointment. Also, if you hate printing things, good news! All paperwork is completed digitally to make the process as low stress as possible.

Here’s how:

Depending on your insurance and where you are located, we can work together virtually or in person. My physical office is 11 Main Street, Mystic Connecticut 06355. Below is a map of where my office is located. Please use the map to minimize confusion when finding my physical location for the first time.

If you’re wondering what that looks like in terms of practical application, therapy can be helpful for a number of things, but here are some of the skills that I can help you develop during our time together:

  • If you tend to be a “people pleaser” and put everyone else’s needs first, therapy can help you learn how to take care of yourself without beating yourself up for being “selfish” or “difficult”
  • Increasing your awareness around your emotions and behaviors can help you set better boundaries, let go of relationships that aren’t serving you, and heal or create healthier relationships with your significant other, friends, spouse, and family.
  • Reduce your anxiety about the future and tendencies towards procrastination, so you can spend more time working on things that give you purpose and confidence and less time feeling held back by worry. 
  • Address perfectionism and control issues that create additional and unnecessary stress in your life.
