An online yoga and mindset group created specifically to address the challenges that women are facing during this crisis.
How the program works
A 6 week program that is split into different phases that are designed around what I consider the three core pillars of emotional and physical well-being:
This is the “thought work” part of the program that contains journal prompts and strategies to help you set better boundaries, understand the root cause of your own thoughts and self-judgements, and silent your inner critic.
This is the movement component of the program. You could think of it as yoga, but it’s where you’ll learn to connect into the wisdom of your body and understand how your emotional state affects your physical experience as well as how to use movement as a tool to tune into your feelings, thoughts, and actions.
This section will teach you how to use breathwork and meditation to help you feel your effing feelings, which sounds like it should be simple, even though we know it’s not. This is also where you will learn to trust your gut instincts and feel confident in your choices and actions.
Every week, you will begin a new phase that builds upon the previous one, that includes:
- 6 one hour lives with Rachel in a private facebook group
- 6 weeks of video modules that cover mindfulness, breath work, thought work & body movement
- 6 journal prompts
Plus, you’ll also have access to a supportive community of like minded women who are working through the same things that you are.
