UNCAGE:
An online yoga and mindset group coaching program to release you from self doubt and help you attain the success that you deserve and want in your life.
How the program works
UNCAGE
A 6 month program that is split into different phases that are designed around what I consider the three core pillars of emotional and physical well-being:
UNLEASH
This is the “thought work” part of the program that contains journal prompts and strategies to help you set better boundaries, understand the root cause of your own thoughts and self-judgements, and silent your inner critic.
UNCHAIN
This is the movement component of the program. You could think of it as yoga, but it’s where you’ll learn to connect into the wisdom of your body and understand how your emotional state affects your physical experience as well as how to use movement as a tool to tune into your feelings, thoughts, and actions.
UNWIND
This section will teach you how to use breathwork and meditation to help you feel your effing feelings, which sounds like it should be simple, even though we know it’s not. This is also where you will learn to trust your gut instincts and feel confident in your choices and actions.
Every month, you will begin a new phase that builds upon the previous one, that includes:
- Weekly pre-recorded video modules with worksheets and journal prompts to help you build healthier coping strategies, set boundaries, navigate your emotions, quiet your inner mean girl, and re-write your story.
- Yoga sequences to build core strength, improve balance, reduce lower back and neck tension, and develop physical confidence.
- Recorded audio meditations to release worry, tension, and fears around judgement and failure.
Mindfulness techniques, such as breathwork and tapping to help you manage stressful situations in real time.
Weekly FB Live coaching calls where I will guide you through the weekly lessons, answer your questions, and provide individualized feedback on what you are working on.
Plus, you’ll also have access to a supportive community of like minded women who are working through the same things that you are.

Have a question about the program?
Find the answer here.
Why is the program 6 months long?
Creating lasting change takes time. While I could have offered you a three month program that wouldn’t have been fair to you. I created this program based on the work that I’ve done with my one on one clients and I found that the best results came from having enough time to thoughtfully progress through each of the phases without rushing or becoming overwhelmed.
What’s the refund policy?
I want everyone who works with me to have a great experience and be able to make an informed decision. If you enroll in the program and find that it is not the right fit for you, then you have 30 days to receive a full refund.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes. You have the option of paying for the entire program upfront and receiving a discount or you can pay for the program in 6 monthly installments.
Does this replace therapy?
While I am a licensed clinical social worker, this program is considered coaching and is not a replacement for therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please set up an appointment with an individual therapist.
