Hey! I’m Rachel - aka the Grounded Therapist.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and 200 hour yoga teacher. I specialize in helping women realize their power and self-worth through science backed strategies to improve mental AND physical strength.
In working through my own issues and spending the past 10 years helping other women, I’ve come to believe that if we can move past self-doubt and shame, then women can run the world.
